Nations have tested several kinds of economic systems.
Some nations glorified the individual instead of the
group, while others did the opposite. Also, the systems
were ranging between materialism and ethics. A few
centuries ago, the world witnessed many strangling,
economic crises that resulted in world wars.

The Islamic economy dominated over the world for more
than 1000 years without a lot of crises or severe wars,
and during this period the Islamic economy could
comprehend the problems of depression, inflation,
and unemployment, and history did not record any
disturbances during this march. This period was,
also, distinct with scientific developments and
advances in all fields.

I exploit this speech to call all scholars and
economists to study this science from an Islamic
economic perspective objectively and scientifically
without any bias to a sect, party or team. People
have the right facing their leaders to support them
to lead a happy life because they have one life to
lead and they can not compensate happy times.

I am going to do my best to spread this science to
all people because science is belonged by the
humanity as a whole.

Pebble Hills University, Ogun State

Welcome to Pebble Hills University Lectures and
Information Center, Nigeria. The Center is the
officially approved Representative of Pebble Hills
University, Europe in Nigeria. The Lecture and
Tutorial Center is composed of an excellent team of
First Class Lecturers and Facilitators (Academics
and Professionals). Hence, you may enroll for the
programs of the University through the Information
Office in Nigeria but all admissions are done in
Europe. This implies that all admission documents,
students' Identity Cards, course materials and
Certificates come from our Main Campus in Europe.
Also, examinations, seminars, symposia, conferences,
etc are arranged and conducted from at the Main
Campus with the Information Officers here as facilitators.

Pebble Hills University was incorporated under the
Delaware Limited Liability Companies' Act, 6 Del.
C 18 - 101, et Seq. in Delaware, USA and is in
compliance with the Department of Consumer Affairs
(DCA) which is the major Agency for educational
policies and procedures of the Bureau of Private
Postsecondary and Vocational Education (BPPVE) for
the State of California and the respective universities
and colleges located within their jurisdiction. An
executed copy of our voluntary agreement letter is
on file with the state of California Department of
Consumer Affairs and verification of our voluntary

The Somali Ministry of Education and the office of
Governmental Communications & Contracts has granted
an Educational Licensure to the Pebble Hills University,
which PHU can operate and teach in the Republic of
Somalia. The Somali Transitional Federal Government
has authorized to Pebble Hills University to fully
teach virtually, in traditional class room or request
for educational funds on behalf of the Somali
Transitional Federal Government.

The University is fully licensed and permitted, to
provide Educational programs, seminars, electronic
learning and similar, leading to the granting of
academic and professional degrees, by Hutt River
Province, Australasia.

Again, Pebble Hills University is fully accredited
by International Commission for Higher Education,
which is the professional quality control mechanism
for Colleges and Universities' standards across many
nations, Business Association and Society of Sales and
Marketing, UK. It is also a Member of the British
Learning Association, UK. Pebble Hills University
as an internationally accredited institution
operates in many countries through well-organized
and equipped Campuses including Nigeria, UK, USA,
Jamaica, South Africa, Morocco, Egypt, Somalia,

The University is an official Department of the
World Information Distributed University (WIDU).
WIDU is an entity included in the L'Academie
Europeenne d'lnformatisation (A.E.I), established
in Belgium under the Decree of the Belgian King
Albert II licensed by Moscow (Russian Federation)
to train and award scientific Degrees of Doctor of
Philosophy and Grand Doctor of Philosophy and approved
to act as a world base of educational programs and
to facilitate the development of expertise via
educational programs.

The PHU Lectures and InformationCenter in Nigeria
is presently being housed by the INTERNATIONAL
COLLEGE OF MANAGEMENT AND TECHNOLOGY, P. M. B. 0010,
Ayetoro-Yewa in OgunState pending the completion of
the arrangement to bring down full academic work into
the country which shall be finalized in due course.

your mind whether academic or otherwise.
