Everybody gives gifts, since the days Jesus was here on earth, we have had that wonderful feeling you get when giving a gift. Business or Commercial activity is not included in private gifting. It's not Affiliate Marketing, Multi-Level Marketing or Network Marketing There are absolutely no transactions in Investment, Securities or Business involved. Being a member of a special club is similar to participating in a Money Gifting Program.
How does Cash Gifting function and what is it based upon?
One way of privately showing others we care is to give them gifts. This situation has existed for hundred of years.
Lots of people like to give there friends and families and people they care about money gifts. This practice is permitted by governments worldwide. Do you shower family members and friends with presents to demonstrate your affection, or sometimes help another simply because they are in need?
All across the globe, people of different cultures gift money as a part of their everyday lives. They will offer a gift so that their neighbor can achieve something like starting a business or buying a home. Habitat for Humanity is one well-known case of giving gifts privately. Everyone donates their time, talents and materials to help others build a new home. These people all work together to bless someone's life; some may use hammers and nails, while other use monetary gifts, but they all do it to bless another human being. Wow, that was cool!
How does gift activity come about and work?
A fundamental belief of gifters is that, to everything there is a season. The phrase "Those who give shall receive" is familiar to you. This is nothing more than the old adage about reaping what you sow. Is it beginning to make sense to you? You will find that once you start giving gifts, gifts will come to you. Once The Laws of Attraction occur you are helpless. Its easy to see that giving a blessing to someone else opens the door to receive blessings for yourself. If you are among the few people who hasn't read the book The Laws Of Attraction, by Michael J. Losier - I want to really encourage you to do so. The point is there are no people who have a better chance over new members in a money gifting program. Each person is equal to the next, see if you can find that where you work or anywhere else in fact.

It's absolutely untrue - money gifting programs are not pyramid schemes! Pyramid schemes cannot be run by an individual, but only by a company or a business. There isn't a wide base at the bottom. There is also no one at the top. No question about it, everybody is equal. How often do you observe a person who begins at the bottom level in a business and winds up at the top position? I can say that I have not.
Lastly, is it legal to gift money?
It's true that people from all walks of life, civic organizations and religious groups have been participants in organized gifting for three centuries and more. Individuals are allowed to exchange gifts its legal. The Preamble, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights will always discretely protect someone's rights to earn money, pay taxes, and give away property and money in the U.S. but only if no laws or codes are broken here.
In America and Canada, the people have the right to manage their property as they see fit, as long as they do so within the law of the land. This concept makes the notion of private gifting possible. The U.S. The IRS Tax Code, Title 26, Sections 2501-2504 and 2511, contains the pertinent rules on gifting.
You can give a $11,000 gift each year without being taxed on it. The gross income of the person does not include these gifts received.
