There are some sites that have instant proxy builders and that is very easy and reliable too. The point is to make sure that you make a proxy that will best suit your need and not something that is in popular demand.

You have to make sure that you name your proxy right too and at the same time also be careful of the sites that you choose to host your proxy with. In the end there are other ways too and there is Google, just type in “make your own proxy” and the problem is solved.
