Most of the time when both parents are working and no one is left at home for their kids, parents would just hire a baby sitter to take good care of the personal needs of their kids while they are both at work to earn for a living. Parents would normally get a person who can do household chores and at the same time will take good care of their kids.

In the part of the baby sitter, being a baby sitter is really a big responsible. You need to watch the baby for the whole day, they need to show their whole concern for the baby as a proof that parents can entrust their kids to them.
